1. Eligibility and account information

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and use the service respectfully and lawfully.

2. User conduct and safety

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, or exploit other users. Do not use the service to solicit unlawful activity. You can report or block accounts using available website features. We may restrict accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions and third-party payments

FndMe.club uses third-party payment services, including IBTCE, to process eligible online payments. You may be redirected to a third-party website to complete payment. That provider's checkout, security, and service terms may also apply. FndMe.club does not receive or store your full payment-card credentials.

4. Non-refundable payments

Once a subscription payment has been successfully paid and verified, the amount is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or a refund is expressly approved by FndMe.club. Please check the plan, duration, and amount before paying. A failed, cancelled, or uncompleted transaction should not be treated as a successful subscription. If a payment appears to have failed but money was debited, raise a support ticket and provide the transaction reference so we can investigate with the payment provider.

5. Subscription activation

A subscription is activated only after the payment is verified by the payment provider or by an authorised administrator for a manual payment. A browser redirect alone does not prove that payment succeeded.

6. Availability and account action

We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for security, legal, or operational reasons. We may suspend accounts for suspected abuse or fraudulent activity.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Contact and support

For payment questions, account concerns, or complaints, use the support-ticket feature after logging in or contact the support details shown on the website.

By selecting the agreement checkbox during registration, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the non-refundable-payment clause above, and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
